Cause when i played seated with open vr everything felt way too big compared to me For me 0.69 (SIXTY NINE DUDE) was perfect, in context with the other changes. I think it's USABILITY ? Where you can use the slider to modify your head height. Lastly, I tweaked my eyeball height relative to the world by using VR advanced settings. Then I used the in-game setting (world scale) to make the Fallout world-size feel right, relative to me. In VR advanced settings, I used the FLOOR FIX to adjust for personal height relative to the floor (the thing where you put one controller on the floor and hold the other).
